The company sells and installs windows from renowned manufacturers and has purchased their own vacuum lifter, so they are always ready to respond.
- The Smartlift is indispensable for us. It allows for the safe and easy installation of large window elements in facades without our employees being physically strained by heavy lifting.
- We also install quite a few double-glazed windows in conservatories. These are a bit more complex to install because there is no wall to support the window during installation. Easy installation of horizontal materials at height
When glass elements need to be installed above entry areas, the reach of the vacuum lifter's arm is not quite sufficient, but fortunately, a solution was found. In collaboration with the technicians at Smartlift, Sayar Fenster & Bauelemente developed a small additional extension that can easily be attached to the rotating head on the lifting arm.
With the specially developed extension, it is easy to install a glass panel in a horizontal position without risking damage to the wall or the glass. A hook is attached at the end of the extension, allowing the glass to be easily lowered into place.
- The vacuum lifter is a very flexible machine, and with our extension, it now handles all our installation tasks effortlessly. Most importantly, none of our installers have to put their physical health at risk, as no one needs to lift anything other than the finger that controls the window lifter, says Ahmet Sayar.
Our Smartlift spares our employees from many heavy lifting tasks. We cannot and do not want to do without it anymore.

Easy operation enables rental and extra income
The 600 series of glass lifters, like the one they have at the company in Dortmund, has a high lifting capacity. The model is a SL 609 Outdoor, and the vacuum lifter can lift up to 1200 lb and reaches a lifting height of 163 in – without an additional extension.
- Smartlift is suitable for so many purposes and it is easy to operate. Therefore, we rent out the vacuum lifter when we do not need it ourselves, says Ahmet Sayar.
The vacuum lifter is 100% electric and has a maintenance-free battery.
